North End

Brigantine North end is a beautiful area and offers approximately 14 blocks of easy access to the beach and all the fun you can have on this end of the island. You may enjoy the surf, surf fishing, wave riding, nature walking and watching for the natural wildlife, boating, four wheel accesses to the wide open beaches, sport fishing, or just sunbathing on the beach. You will need a permit to use the drive on beach.

A-Zone

Brigantine A-Zone offers spacious single family homes in a neighborhood with recreation and community opportunities. This neighborhood starts at 15^th street and goes up to 31^st Street and covers from the bay to the ocean. This neighborhood has an extensive selection of single family homes, including both pre-owned and new construction homes for sale. The heart of the A-Zone neighborhood has access to both the ocean and the bay and offer water front homes and bay front homes for sale. A walk to the beach from the bay is only three to four blocks because the Brigantine Island is very narrow in this area. The beaches are very expansive and offer large dunes, sandy beaches, protected beaches for swimming.

Golf Course

While the Golf Course area isn’t oceanfront, it is a lush, attractive area to buy a home along the immaculate 18-hole Scottish Golf Links course at Brigantine Beach. The eighteen hole golf course is intertwined with beautiful natural scenery. This are is primarily used by the full time residence that live in this community year round. The golf course area is surrounded by the bay starting on E Shore, to N. Shore and W. Shore area facing the AC skyline.

South End

Brigantine South End is a beautiful area that offers a variety of townhouses and condos for sale as well as duplexes and single family homes that feature beach access and wide expansive beaches and dunes system on the south end of the island. It also covers the finger coves with bay front homes and access to the channel.

Sea Point Area

Brigantine Sea Point area is adjacent to the South End of the Island offers many new construction homes with fabulous views of the Atlantic City Skyline and Sunset Views on the Island. This area also offers access to the cove and channel with SUV’s 4 X 4 drive on beaches by the Jetty. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, sunbathing, and boating, jet skiing by the cove and jetty.
