South Jersey Shore Real Estate 

The South Jersey Shore is home to Brigantine, a small barrier Island.  Brigantine offers typical mid century beach vacation homes, family homes, along with multimillion dollar mini mansions. Next to beautiful Brigantine, we find the Barrier Island of Absecon where the famous Atlantic City is located. Atlantic City has been experiencing a renaissance with its world famous Boardwalk, exciting night life, new high end casinos and numerous new housing developments. Then there is Ventnor City, charming Margate and Longport. Longport is the most expensive of these three towns. The town boosts oceanfront high-rises, multi-million-dollar mansions, high end boutiques and restaurants. On the mainland there are communities such as Galloway, Absecon, Egg Harbor Township, with its very high end Sweetwater Neighborhood. And Northfield, Linwood along with numerous other townships that are considered part of the South Jersey Shore.

This area is primarily residential, so other than the Atlantic City area, accommodations consist of vacation home rentals and bed-and-breakfasts. You will find that each of the Jersey Shore townships has a unique identity and a differing clientele. These multi-generational vacationers come to their favorite areas year after year, and now many are purchasing second homes for the family and future generation to enjoy.

The Shore represents one of the most booming real estate markets on the East Coast. This could be due to the popularity of the Jersey Shore as a tourist destination and vacation spot.  Its popularity as a tourist destination is due in part to the nearly continuous stretch of pristine beaches, classic New England Oceanfront themes with boardwalks filled with hundreds of rides and excitement.
