BRIGANTINE, NJ---Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS® congratulates Pete Petridis, a Sales associate in the Brigantine Office, for successfully attaining the status of e-PRO Internet Professional. As more and more consumers begin their search for real estate-related information on the Internet, it is critical that real estate professionals are well educated in the use of technology to the benefit of the consumer and the agent and/or broker.

Realizing the importance of technology training, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) now offers its members the e-PRO certification course—the only technology certification program offered by NAR. Vendors Wanted to Arts & Craft Festival

Atlantic County, NJ - Arts & Craft Festival on Saturday, June 6^th from 9am until 4pm at the 26^th Street Sports Complex, Brigantine, NJ. Hosted by the Brigantine PTA. Since it is a festival at the beach, we are looking handmade unique items, as well as restaurant/food vendors (do you make the Best crab cake sandwiches or Award Winning Hot wings???) and community groups (Are you looking to increase community awareness or raise your memberships??). ####HOPE NOW Projects Big Increases in Foreclosure Prevention Successes in 2009

RISMEDIA, Dec. 23, 2008-HOPE NOW, the private sector alliance of mortgage servicers, counselors, and investors that has been working aggressively to prevent foreclosures and keep homeowners in their homes, has announced that it expects to double the number of foreclosures prevented in 2009 by enhancing and expanding its very successful 2008 efforts.

HOPE NOW’s success is evident from the total 2008 results it can now project based on the actual 11-month data it is reporting now:

- A projected total of approximately 2.2 million foreclosure preventions
- Almost 950,000 mortgage modifications

- More than 1 million total calls from homeowners to the Hope Hotline.
- An average of more than 7,000 calls per day to the Hope Hotline that was available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
- 2.9 million letters sent to at-risk homeowners
- An 18% response rate to the letters sent by HOPE NOW to at-risk homeowners, 6 times more than the typical response rate servicers receive when they send their own mailings.###

###Fed cuts rate to recod low - 12/16/08

Fed lowered its target for the interbank federal funds rate a range of zero to 0.25 percent, a record low, and said it was willing to keep rates low for an extended period.  Federal reserve is going to buy billions in Treasury Bills and mortgage back securities to lower interet rates.  This should help the real credit markets and the estate market

Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors Hosts Alex’s Lemonade Stand 

Prudential Fox & Roach’s Brigantine Office will host a fundraiser on Saturday August 30^th to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand. Lemonade stands will be set up at the Brigantine office as well as at all of the open houses being held that day. 1804 Ocean Ave. will be sponsoring the Alex’s Lemonade Stand.  Please come out and support this cause by having some refreshing lemonade, one cup at a time!

Alex’s Lemonade Stand carries on the mission of Alex Scott who was determined that children with all types of cancer benefit from the money raised at her stands and all Alex’s Lemonade Stands. As a result, the foundation funds dozens of projects for all types of cancer hospitals all across the country.
